Cannabis Flowers: Ten Weeks Into Bloom

72 days of bloom. I stopped feeding these ladies two weeks ago. I'm watering ph'd for the soil to be 6-6.5 and adding 3ml Cal/mag/gal. The yellowing is caused by a lack of nitrogen as the plants soak all the last nutrients from the medium and finish out. Defoliation is happening daily and at an increasing rate. The most important indicator of the 'ripeness' of cannabis flowers are the trichomes on the buds. Nearly all trichomes are clouded and theoretically READY to hack and hang ... However ... I have vaped a couple early buds from two of the plants and frankly, Scarlett, I'm disappointed in the lack of loftiness of the MANE THANG: the Bee You Dubble Zee! Didn't get much head high or body stone either; even if they ARE beginning to 'bring the purple'. So. I'm'a let these little babies, fuckin', SIMMER, heh for another week or three or four whatever it takes UNTIL ... those trichs AMBER tf UP! I ain't got nothin' BUT time, these days. Plus too ..... Phase II is in the works. Better genetics in that run and OMG! lessons LEARNED? y'damn skippy!

Bob Saget (Sativa ~22% THC)  The 'Bathtub Bobettes'

Phase II: 4 Crescendo bagseed, 1 Panama Red fem, and 3 Purple Thai fem that may be wind up just one. My PLAN is to take one female of each strain to bloom.

The biggest seedling is Crescendo#3 of 4, and I had to top that eager sweetie out today. I want to keep it in the 1gal smart pot until it's 12-18" along with the others. Then transplant six of the keepers to 3 or 5 gal smart pots to veg for 6-8weeks.

One more thing I've learned. There won't BE the four to six lbs. of reefer I was expecting when I began or even when I flipped to bloom. There may be ten or twelve ounces cured product come from these three plants. TOTAL. not from each. THIS run has been a very expensive proposition, g/$ wise. I need to get much better and more efficient at growing this shit. As a HOBBY indoor growing is expensive af. Sure it's entertaining but, so are hookers. And if I can buy cheap gubmint weed I'll have $ left over for entertaining and being entertained BY  ..... An Occasional Hooker. mebbe. More data needed fer shure.
