This 'high every day all day long' lifestyle of mine will be missed in the not too distant future. Wonder how that's gonna work. heh Y'know the Chauvin/Floyd event has made me feel sick from the beginning and I don't feel any better with the verdict - except NOW there's precedent. Everyone celebrating a lose/lose situation made it that much worse. I don't mean to rain on anyone's PARADE, here, but when Rev. Al was preaching his Prayer or maybe when Ben Crump was thanking all the attorneys responsible for his victory ... they were all thanking God for the verdict and each other ... but noBODY thanked God for George Floyd's LIFE ... whose death eventually brought them all such glee. Still feel all sucky about it, m'self. Guilty? Y'Damn SKIPPY! Two or three minutes away from dying from asphyxiation I might be calling for my mama. Revenge? maybe when I don't feel so sick to my stomach about it. I'm certain Chauvin's conviction will put a complete end to excessive use of force by Police in America overnight.
