Just found out that I'm no longer part of the drug plan I was on because Ms. Baby retired March first. I told her to NOT include me in her medical retirement benefits. I just had a physical in January, and told my Internal Med doc guy to refill all my prescriptions (online) for a year because I was headed West. He did. I forgot (did you ever forget? happened to me)to refill them online before I left. She retired - my shit EXPIRED!. I'll be able(after much hoop jumping and obstacle climbing)to have the still remaining refills transferred from online to locally, here, to Grand Junction. But because I'm no longer part of "The Plan" I will be allowed to pay corporate, pharmacy slingin', REGULAR PEOPLE price. Still haven't heard back from medicare so I REEEEAALLY need to be careful until me and Part B can hook up so's me and MY effing retirement benefits can cozy up next to one'nuther. I also have a "Plan B" to their "Plan B", so to speak. There just happens to be one of the best V.A. Hospitals in the country right here in good ol' GJ. I'm using my VA benefits for the first time, 45 years after the fact, with a zero down VA approved home mortgage loan. May as well hook up with the hospital while I'm at it. Register and see what they have to say. I wusht I'da used my G.I. Bill college benefits when I got out, kinda. If I'd done that, though, I wouldn't be the who or the where that I am today. From here on out, though, there'll be plenty of changes, for ol' Bert, here.
